1. What COSMIA is

COSMIA is an AI-powered software platform (a "SaaS") that provides calculators and AI-generated interpretations for astrology, numerology, and the Destiny Matrix. The platform is a set of software tools — it is not a fortune-telling, psychic, or future-prediction service. See our full disclaimer.

2. Subscriptions and payments

Free calculators and educational content are available without an account. Premium features — AI interpretations, saved reports, personalized intelligence, data storage — require an active COSMIA Pro subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. By purchasing a subscription you agree to their terms as well. Payments cover access to software features (cloud services, advanced calculations, AI interpretation, report generation, data storage, and educational content).

3. No guarantees

The symbolic systems and AI-generated interpretations on COSMIA are provided for educational, informational, and self-reflection purposes only. We make no representations or warranties that any interpretation is accurate, complete, or predictive of any real-world outcome. You use the platform at your own discretion.

4. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on content from COSMIA. Do not use COSMIA as a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use COSMIA to harass, defraud, or harm others. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or circumvent access controls on the platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
